The hotel's location is fantastic, close to the beach and within proximity to various dining options. The rooms were comfortable but had some issues with the air conditioning and cleanliness. The service from the security guard was commendable, but other services like room service and housekeeping were lacking. The location is convenient, near the beach and shopping areas in Legian. Regarding dining, the pizzas were delightful. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a good balcony, but the overhead fans were dirty and the bed setup was not as expected. I also had to request ice during my stay. The service from the security guard was excellent, and the availability of room service and car hire was convenient. However, I found the cleanliness of the fans overhead to be disappointing. The location was by the beach, which was wonderful, but it was in the newer section of the hotel. Overall, a mixed experience with room amenities and service.
The hotel offers a mix of positives like having air-conditioned rooms with balconies, but some areas like the fans overhead were quite dirty. It's great for chilling out on the balcony but needs a bit of cleaning, and asking for ice took a while.
